BUDGET-FRIENDLY SPACE RENTAL
Step into our creative space designed to bring light and visions to life! Our studio space offers stunning natural light, a variety of versatile sets and props, along with an inspiring atmosphere perfect for any and all studio space needs
Our stunning space is everything you’ve been dreaming of and more. With gorgeous natural light, spacious rooms, and beautiful decor and sets for those unforgettable moments; our space offers the perfect setting for all your studio space needs.

Booking & Payment:
All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system.
What's Included:
-Studio rental time
-Use of any equipment & all stations
-Use of client closet - Lifestyle & Boudoir
-Basic lighting setup (softboxes, umbrellas, etc.)
-Access to props and studio furniture
-Wi-Fi access
-Bathroom + Private changing area
-Water & Snacks
-Pet Friendly - Please wipe down and sweep if animals are in the space
-420 FRIENDLY - Please smoke responsibly and respectfully
Rules:
-No smoking tobacco in space.
-No paint sessions.
-Keep the studio space in the same condition as it was found—please clean up after yourself.
-Overstay fees: If you exceed the rental by more then 30 minutes an additional charges will apply.
-If you damage any equipment or property please report right away.
-All bookings require non-refundable amount to secure date.
-Please note you have 15 before and 15 minute after your rental time for setup & cleanup so you can make the most of your full time.
Parking:
Free parking (3/4 spot) available in front with left of the door side parking if needed
POLICIES - We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment.
Rental Terms: Studio rental includes access to the space for the agreed-upon hours. Overtime will be due before future rental can take place.
SMOKING:
- NO TABACOO USE IN STUDIO
- We are a 420 Friendly studio, please smoke responsibly and respectfully.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellations must be made at least [2] /days in advance for a partial refund of 50% of the PAID amount
Rescheduling is allowed with at least [2] day subject to availability.
Studio Use:
The studio is available for photography or podcast style use purposes only. Any other activities (such as parties or events) require prior approval.
All clients must treat the studio and equipment with respect. Any damage will be charged accordingly.
Liability:
1579 Pink Door Studio is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property while on the premises
Clients are responsible for their own equipment and any guests they bring to the studio.
Cleanliness:
Clients are expected to leave the studio in the same condition as when they arrived. A cleaning fee may apply if the studio required before future rentals if excessive cleaning after your session is required..
Animals & Pets: We do allow non aggressive animals in the studio, please leash or cage until in the space. Please keep all back doors closed no animals in any of the back side rooms. - If you have an animal in the studio please sweep and wipe down all areas they have been, If an accident happens please clean up right away and set off to the side and let me know. A $25 cleaning Fee will be charged if any animal urine is found in the studio or on props! Due before future rental may take place!
